It covers central positioning, brand and offer, as well as audience strategy to deliver both income and influence for your organisation.
It acts as the glue to hold all activity together and the guide for the board to follow.

I map the metrics that matter, creating a framework to understand performance at every level.
This gives boards and investors confidence in the ongoing plan, helps track both short and long term targets and allows teams to spot opportunities or course correct as necessary.
